Credit for customers affected by Trunks down time.

After reviewing what our hosting provider is prepared to do in compensation for the downtime we experienced this past weekend we are able to offer 1 month service credits to those of you affected by the down time.
We do not feel that this was in any way our responsibility or that it could have been logistically prevented, but value your continued patronage and are more than happy to offer this credit.
To give you an idea of the scope of this incident, other parts of this same data center have remained offline until this afternoon!
The hosting provider is currently in the process of excavating large sections of their parking lots to replace electrical conduit and wiring!
If you were affected by the down time please submit a ticket in our
Support Portal
to apply for a credit.

I can vouch that Matt Westfall continually contacted the vendor to stress the urgency of getting his customers back online. He even communicated with them several times from the drive-in theater when a group of us went to see Indiana Jones & Ironman last Sunday!! I consider that SERVICE!
